TASCA can accommodate up to 250 people. Often times it depends on the seating configuration that you choose. We will always work with you to make sure your wedding day is exactly how you plan it!

Below is a portion of our deposit and rental fee requirements:
Reservation Deposit: 25% of the total rental rate is due at the time of the application to confirm the desired rental date and secure the reservation. The remainder of the rental rate is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is due no less than 60 days prior to the date of the event. This deposit is fully refundable two weeks after the date of the event, assuming the facility is cleaned and left in the same condition it was found, and provided there are no damages. Any charges incurred as a result of the event will be subtracted from the security deposit.
Rental Rates: Rental rates are broken down per room and per building, depending on the time of day and the day of the week. A complete chart of Rental Rates can be obtained at the TASCA Office.

The Security/Damage will not be refunded if the event is CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED less than 30 days from the scheduled event.
The Security/Damage deposit shall be fully refunded not more than 14 days after the event if the facility has been cleaned and was left in the same condition as it was prior to the event and nothing was damaged during the event. Damages and cleaning issues shall be documented by pictures made by facility staff. Any charges assessed for damages or cleaning issues will be presented by the staff in writing within 7 days of the event and presented to Renter by email or other written means indicating the assessments which shall be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.
The TASCA Activity Center is a handicap accessible facility which offers numerous amenities for your special events including: air conditioning, stage, state of the art sound system, projection system, catering kitchen, large lighted parking lot, overflow parking, hardwood floating floor in large ballroom, tables and chairs.
